Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.

How to Return
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return at hello@jillienharbor.com
2. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned: clearance items, final sale items, and custom orders.
